Help for Autism

I have a friend who has 2 autistic children and she has served her family and has a heart to serve other families who need support and direction on how to get help with autism.  She has taken part in our area information days to inform others on how to get help for their families. Our local news have a nice selection of links to help those of you who need some more information. Here is the link. http://wetm.com/serve.php

For those of you who would like to know more about my friend’s blog and book. Here is her web link.

I will pass on a few Nutritional Snacks that she has used for her kids.

Peanut Butter Ball Snacks Take a jar of organic peanut butter and pour all the oil off.
Scoop out a heaping tbsp. of peanut butter into a bowl. Add 1
scoop of Soy Protien (I used Vanilla, but Chocolate is good too),
2 crushed B-Complex, and pin prick 2 Omega-guard and 1 Soy
Lecithin into the mix. Add a tsp. of mini chocolate chips and
stir. Break into small balls and roll the balls in the Protein
Crisps. Let the child eat all of them each day. Also give them
2 Ocean Wonders and 2 chewable CalMag (4 for children over 100
lbs.)

Smoothie
In a blender mix 1 Shaklee Meal Shake, 1 cup Skim Milk (any other
milk tends to cause problem for autistics), Frozen fruit or
banana if using Vanilla or Strawberry or Organic Peanut Butter if
using Chocolate, ice or frozen fat free yogurt if using fresh
fruit or peanut butter , the same suppliments as listed
for the balls and blend.
